Our architecture is as unique as our clients.

A building must always engage in a dialogue – with its surroundings and the people who use it. Our architecture is always tailored to the needs of the people who live, work or spend their leisure time in our buildings. We also pay attention to our buildings’ surroundings, and use them as a source of inspiration. Because the brief, site and client are never the same twice over, every project is unique – and so are our solutions.

The main idea was to revive a former pedestrian underpass which included abandoned shops and connected Babenbergerstraße and Burggarten. The site was – and still is – an extraordinary place for a night club.

From the street level the only sign of the club beneath are four descending glass staircases. One of them functions as entrance, the rest was recycled into lighting sculptures featuring opaque light cylinders.

Prismatic pattern of reinforced concrete ceiling

Down at the Babenberger Passage three bars engulf a central dance floor and zone the club. Various groups of easy chairs along the perimeter segue the way into calmer lounge areas.

The prismatic pattern of the reinforced concrete ceiling - a relict from pedestrian underpass days - contains the lighting and provides the club with a unique appearance.
